Refunds

14 days to change your mind before you start watching, a full refund if access never worked, and a real person reading the email either way.

In effect from 28 September 2026.

Muhammed Aarham is registering as a sole proprietor in Hungary. The registration number, tax number and business address will appear here as soon as that is done, and before anything is sold. Until then, ask at hello@medwithaarham.com for anything you need in writing.

1.Before you start watching

You have 14 days from buying to change your mind, for any reason or none, as long as you have not started the course. Say so in an email and the full amount goes back.

You do not have to explain why, and being asked to is not a condition of getting it.

2.Once you start watching

Access starts the moment it is granted, which is what you asked for when you bought. At that point you agreed to a sentence saying so: I want access straight away, and I understand that starting now ends my 14 day right to cancel.

So a course you have begun is not refundable on a change of mind. That is the trade for getting it immediately instead of waiting two weeks, and it is the only reason this policy has a limit at all.

Everything below still applies, and none of it depends on whether you have started.

3.If it never worked

Full refund, always, in these cases:

  • You paid and access was never granted.
  • You were charged twice for the same course.
  • A fault on our side stops you using what you paid for, and it is not fixed within 5 working days of you reporting it.
  • The course you were sold is materially not the course described on the page you bought it from.

Video that will not play on a device the platform supports is a fault, not a preference. Tell Aarham what you are using and he will either fix it or refund you.

4.What is not refunded

  • A course you have watched and simply did not get on with. It is teaching, not a subscription, and there is a free demo on the landing page precisely so you can hear him teach before paying.
  • An exam result. Nobody can sell you one and nobody is refunding one.
  • An account closed for sharing a login or copying lessons. That is set out in the terms.
  • Time lost to your own internet connection, your own device, or a university network that blocks video.

5.Part of a course

Courses are sold whole and refunded whole. If something has gone wrong badly enough that a partial refund is the fair answer, ask. Aarham would rather settle it than argue about it, and he has the discretion to do so.

6.How to ask, and how long it takes

Email hello@medwithaarham.com from the address you bought with, and say what happened. That is the whole process. There is no form.

  • He replies within 5 working days.
  • An approved refund is sent within 14 days of being approved.
  • It goes back the way it came: to the account that paid, in euro.
  • Your access to that course ends when the refund is sent.

If your bank charged you to send the payment, that charge is theirs and cannot be refunded from here.

7.If you disagree with the answer

Say so, in the same thread. If it still is not resolved, a consumer in the EU can take it to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, or to the conciliation body for your county in Hungary. Nothing on this page removes any right you have under the law where you live.

The rest of what you agreed to is on the terms of sale.

Anything here that is unclear, ask. hello@medwithaarham.com
