Terms of sale
What you get when you buy a course, what it costs, and the few things you agree not to do with it.
1.Who you are buying from
The courses on Med with Aarham are sold by Muhammed Aarham, who teaches them. He is the person you are contracting with, and the person to write to if something is wrong.
The platform itself was built by MYK Productions, who runs no part of the sale and holds none of the money.
2.What you are buying
Access, for one person, to the recorded lessons in the course you paid for, for the period stated on that course when you buy it. The course page lists the topics it contains and roughly how long they run.
It is a recording, not a place. You are not buying live teaching, marking, one to one tutoring or a qualification, and passing an exam is not something anyone can sell you. Aarham may add to a course, re-record a lesson or replace one during your access period, and none of that costs you anything.
3.What it costs, and how you pay
The price is the one shown on the course page at the moment you buy, in euro, including any tax that applies. Nothing recurs and nothing renews on its own.
Pay by bank transfer using the reference shown on your payment page, or by card where that is offered. Access is granted once Aarham has seen the payment land, which is usually the same day and always within 5 working days. Your bank may charge you for the transfer; that charge is theirs, not his.
4.Your login is yours alone
One payment buys one student access. There is no password to share: you sign in with a link sent to your email address, and that address is the account.
- You can watch on 2 devices. A phone and a laptop is the usual pair.
- A third device has to be approved by Aarham before it will play. Ask him, say why, and he will normally say yes. Replacing a broken phone is a reason; lending your login to a friend is not.
- Your name sits over every video you watch, moving, so a filmed copy leads back to the account it came from.
5.What you agree not to do
These are the ones that end an account, and there is only one reason for them: the whole course is one person's work, and a copy in circulation is the end of it for everybody.
- Give, sell or lend your access to anyone else, including a classmate on the same course.
- Record, screenshot, download or re-upload any lesson, in whole or in part.
- Remove or obscure the name shown over the video.
- Get around the device limit or the sign in link by any technical means.
If Aarham has good reason to think one of these has happened he can suspend the account while he asks you about it, and close it if the answer confirms it. A closed account for this reason is not refunded, and you will be told what he believes happened and given the chance to answer before it is final.
6.Cancelling
Because a course is digital content you can open straight away, you have 14 days to change your mind for any reason at all, unless you asked for access to start immediately and agreed at that moment that starting early ends the 14 day right. You are asked that plainly on the payment page, and nothing is hidden in a tick box you cannot read.

7.When the site is down
It is a website, so it will occasionally be unavailable. Aarham will keep it working and fix faults as fast as he reasonably can, but he cannot promise it is reachable every minute, and a short outage is not a failure to deliver.
A fault that stops you using what you paid for, and that is not fixed in a reasonable time, is a different thing, and the refunds page says what happens then.
8.Who owns the lessons
Aarham does. Buying access gives you permission to watch, for you, for your access period. It transfers nothing else, and it ends when your access ends.
9.If these terms change
A change applies to purchases made after it is published. It does not reach back into a course you have already paid for, and the date at the top of this page is the version you bought under.
10.Law, and complaints
Hungarian law applies, and the Hungarian courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, nothing here takes away the protection your own country's law gives you.
Write to Aarham first. He answers within 5 working days, and almost everything is settled there.
